The former Bijou Theater was a tenant in the CARTA parking garage in downtown Chattanooga. The project goal was to animate the parking garage exterior to act as signage for downtown. Volkswagen was considering becoming the primary tenant with a downtown presence and part of the strategy was to display Volkswagen vehicles as part of the facade facing Broad Street. This project was designed and managed with a team at River Street Architecture.
